Special Guest to visit Westmoreland Band Students
Greg Lohman, drummer for Kellie Pickler, visited the Westmoreland Band students on Friday, December 16th. Mr. Lohman spoke to students about becoming professional musicians, overcoming adversity, looking at the REAL picture and knowing your craft. Westmoreland has some very talented musicians who could easily one day become professionals. This information may someday help them in their careers. Mrs. Peterson dedicates Fridays at WHS as university and musical future education day. The class focuses on all the ways you can use music to create a future for scholarships, extended music education, prep for musical careers and how to achieve goals as professional musicians.
